Here you'll find everything you need to know about returns and exchanges at Drip of Infinity.<\/p>\n<h2>Right of withdrawal (14 days)<\/h2>\n<p>You have the right to within <strong>14 days<\/strong> to withdraw from your order without giving any reason, provided the goods are <strong>Unopened and in original packaging<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Important note regarding perfumes<\/h2>\n<p>For hygiene reasons, <strong>Opened perfume bottles are excluded from the right of withdrawal.<\/strong>. Please check your order carefully before opening a product. This exception is legally permissible according to \u00a7 18 para. 1 item 6 FAGG.<\/p>\n<h2>Here's how the return process works<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> Send us an email at <a href=\"mailto:dripofinfinity@vienna.at\">dripofinfinity@vienna.at<\/a> with your order number and the reason for return.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 2<\/strong> We will confirm your return request within 1\u20132 working days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Please return the goods well-packaged and in their original packaging to our address.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Return costs<\/h2>\n<p>The <strong>Return shipping costs are borne by the customer<\/strong>. We recommend returning the item with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.<\/p>\n<h2>Refund<\/h2>\n<p>The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for your order. No processing fee will be charged.<\/p>\n<h2>Damaged or incorrect goods<\/h2>\n<p>Did you receive damaged or incorrect goods?
