Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to within 14 days nach Erhalt deiner Bestellung ohne Angabe von Gründen zurückzutreten — Du hast das Recht, innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt deiner Bestellung ohne Angabe von Gründen vom Vertrag zurückzutreten. Here's how the return process works
- Step 1: Send us an email at office@dripofinfinity.at with your order number and the reason for return.
- Step 2 We will confirm your return request within 1–2 working days.
- Step 3: Please return the goods well-packaged and in their original packaging to our address.
- Step 4: Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
Return costs
The Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend returning the item with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Refund
The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for your order. No processing fee will be charged.
Damaged or incorrect goods
Did you receive damaged or incorrect goods? Please contact us immediately at office@dripofinfinity.at with photos and your order number. In this case, we will of course cover the return costs and take care of a replacement or a full refund.
