Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to within 14 days to withdraw from your order without giving any reason, provided the goods are Unopened and in original packaging.
Important note regarding perfumes
For hygiene reasons, Opened perfume bottles are excluded from the right of withdrawal.. Please check your order carefully before opening a product. This exception is legally permissible according to § 18 para. 1 item 6 FAGG.
Here's how the return process works
- Step 1: Send us an email at dripofinfinity@vienna.at with your order number and the reason for return.
- Step 2 We will confirm your return request within 1–2 working days.
- Step 3: Please return the goods well-packaged and in their original packaging to our address.
- Step 4: Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
Return costs
The Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend returning the item with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Refund
The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for your order. No processing fee will be charged.
Damaged or incorrect goods
Did you receive damaged or incorrect goods? Please contact us immediately at dripofinfinity@vienna.at with photos and your order number. In this case, we will of course cover the return costs and take care of a replacement or a full refund.
